ICON Turnkey Projects Contracting LLC was established in Dubai, 2008.
As part of Custom Group of Companies specialising primarily in Commercial Projects which have included, Shopping Centers, Office Developments, High Rise Residential, Cinemas, Hospitals, External facade systems and Education facilities including Universities.
Recent projects include the MIRDIF CITY CENTRE CINEMA complex for CINESTAR, where a very physically and technically difficult installation of FIRE RATED CEILINGS and ACOUSTIC WALL SYSTEMS has been achieved. The project consists of approximately 35,000m2 of fire rated boards fixed to metal framed walls and suspended ceiling system and with a project completion date of 90 days.
The Managing Director, Mr. Ron Salkowski is a Registered Building Practitioner, Member of the Australian Wall and Ceiling Association and has been involved in the Australian Commercial Building Industry since 1981. Ron is also a certified installer of Fire Rated Systems in Australia and brings along with him a team of highly motivated and experienced personnel.
